Refund policy
Physical Products We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us at [your email] with your order number.
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Digital Downloads Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of the Soleil: Higher Self | Affirmations download are final. If you experience a technical issue with your download, please contact us and we'll make it right.
Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, return the original and place a new order.
